Courtesy and Policies

Booking should be made at least 2 days in advance to secure your reservation.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
Pets are allowed on the premises, but their supervision and behavior are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Please ensure that your pets are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests.
Check-in time is at 1:00 PM (noon). Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless arranged in advance.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas will be available for guests.
The use of loud music is prohibited after 10:00 PM.
Adhering to the provided booking information, the villa allows entry exclusively to the designated guests, kindly ensure that their number is not exceeded.
Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
Guests are expected to treat the villa and its amenities with respect. Any damages or breakages caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
Visitors or additional guests must be registered at the front desk with an additional cost.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
The use of illegal substances or engaging in any unlawful activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Timings for Swimming Pool must be adhered to (8:00AM to 8:00PM).
Guests are requested to conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
The villa management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Please make use of the provided safes or lockable storage areas for valuable items.
The management reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time if inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or any violation of rules and policies is observed.

Cancellation Policy

Providing flexibility for our guests, our cancellation policy allows for a complimentary cancellation period of five days from the booking date. During this timeframe, guests can cancel their reservation without any charges. However, in the event of a cancellation made after this initial period, a 50% retention of the deposit will be applied. This policy ensures a fair balance between accommodating changes in plans and managing the reservation process effectively.
